Currently, I'm utilizing a top-notch Noctua NF-R8 Redux 1800 fan that's quietly humming along at 12 volts - it's remarkably silent for such a high-performance model. To optimize the fan's performance and minimize noise, I've connected it to an adjustable DC/DC Converter from AliExpress that can output exactly 8.6 volts.
