I'm creating my second ever model completely from scratch, a relatively simple design that still gets the job done. It may be a bit snug, but with some gentle persuasion, it slips onto the rod like a charm. If you're planning to take it off later, printing at 95% should do the trick - 100% is also an option if needed.
