Ender 3 LED strip light bar

Ender 3 LED strip light bar

I'm designing another batch of sleek light bars for LED strips. The rail's gentle curve ensures a snug fit for waterproof LEDs, which I happened to have on hand. Powering these light bars is a compact buck converter that taps into the PSU's energy source. The top sections effortlessly slide into the extrusion, with one featuring a built-in stop and the other open-ended. This smaller strip is specifically designed to be mounted on the bottom of dpetsel's bullseye duct, where you can attach it using zip ties or incorporate it seamlessly into your slicer design for a single print job – that's what I opted for. The result was a usable product after carefully removing support material. Depending on your printer's capabilities, you might need to add supports for the top section; if so, be sure to use only buildplate supports to ensure a smooth printing experience.
