Ender 3 Laser Engraver Mount
thingiverse
**UPDATE** Uploaded a new file, the old one was a bit snug depending on the print settings. This one is just snug enough to keep it from moving, but won't cause any issue with actually getting the laser inside. This holder is designed to replace the hotend on the Ender 3 to hold the laser engraver D-B500F instead, which can be purchased here: https://www.creality3dofficial.com/products/creality-blue-violet-light?sca_ref=10788.CFDqhuwn3C The difficulty in setting up the Ender 3 laser engraver is locating the offset of where the laser actually sits, since the slicer assumes the default location of the nozzle. This holder places the laser precisely at the nozzles original location so that you don't have to mess with calibrating its offset location. This does mean disconnecting the hotend/fan assembly and moving it out of the way while the laser is in use. Don't forget to clip the zip ties leading to the hotend! The stl file is ready to slice with pretty much any settings. I designed it to sit flat on it's bottom and print without supports. It uses the hotend's original screws to hold it in place. I will eventually design a hook for hanging the hotend and it's wires/bowden tube out of the way while the laser is in use, or to hang the laser and its wire when it's not in use.
