Ender 3 Kuman TFT case

I wanted to repurpose my kuman 3.5 inch TFT as a display for my Ender using the Octoprint-TFT interface, so I redesigned the original enclosure. This modification might also be compatible with other TFT screens, but I haven't had a chance to test it with any others yet. If you successfully print this design and find that it works with another screen, please let me know and I'll update the description accordingly.
