I added a holder for an 18mm diameter inductive or capacitive sensor and its cable. The only other change was to lower the profile behind the zip ties and add some material at the weakest point of the piece. I use this holder for an LJ18 A3–8-Z/BX /NPN sensor on my Ender 3 printer. My parameters for auto bed leveling in Marlin are as follows: X_PROBE_OFFSET_FROM_EXTRUDER -55 // X can be okay for your Ender 3 Y_PROBE_OFFSET_FROM_EXTRUDER -18 // Y can be okay for your Ender 3 Z_PROBE_OFFSET_FROM_EXTRUDER -.82 // always calibrate yourself! Don't forget to enable Z_SAFE_HOMING! Always be careful when changing the endstop or homing settings. You can easily destroy your printer. Use at your own risk!
