Ender 3 Hemera Mount w/5015 fan, BLTouch, & Marlin config
thingiverse
I found E3D's mount because the points for the screws were too thin. When assembling I discovered that it also required shorter screws than I could find so I solved two problems at once. I appreciate the fan duct but dislike adjustable mounts when using a BLTouch, preferring somewhat repeatable offsets instead, and also noticed that the duct sat too low even when adjusted as high as possible. There were some FW changes missing from E3D's guide, so I decided to provide the ones for my setup. This combines all of the parts and changes I used to get my Hemera working. #### Required hardware ________________ * Hemera 24v kit * Duct & Duct mount * 2 x M4x25mm bolts * 2 x M4 washers * 2 x M4 nuts * 5015 24v fan * 2x M3x10mm bolts * Part A & B * 4 x M3x6mm pan-head screws (to attach Hemera) * 3 x M3x10mm pan-head screws * 3 x M3 washers * 3 x M3 square nuts * BLTouch mount * 1 x M3 hex nut _______________ If it seems like you're missing hardware during assembly, use the hardware that came in the Hemera kit. Unfortunately, I don't remember what all I used was from that kit. 12/28/19 - replaced Duct_Mount_Plate_w_ABL_adjusted.stl, the previous version was off center
