I decided to go with holders from phoenix125 (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4050796) to hold the light instead of mounting the LED bar to the top extrustion. Doing that meant that the dimmer switch holder did not quite work with the LED bar holders. So I was going to zip tie it to the holder. Decided to remix both together. I am very much a CAD beginner, so it is a fairly inelegant chop as I just haven't learned well enough to make the corners. But I did what I could in Tinkercad and tried it out. It accomplishes what I want and it looks better than a couple of zipties.
