Ender 3 Frame Slot Nut Capture (M3)
thingiverse
T-Nut which captures a standard M3 nut for use in the slotted extrusions of the Creality Ender 3. To install, press an M3 nut firmly into place after printing, and you'll be ready to go (it's designed for a snug fit, so a little force and a flat surface may be necessary)\r\n\r\nThis design is based on several other t-nut-capture designs:\r\nhttps://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1073567\r\nhttps://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1609323\r\n\r\nPrevious designs were too large for my Ender 3's 20x20 slots, despite being only slightly oversized. I'm not sure what caused the discrepancy - it may be due to the method used to apply the black paint, which could have added a few tenths of a millimeter to the thickness.\r\n\r\nSTEP and IGES files are included in the download for easy use.\r\n\r\nThe model can also be exported from Onshape in various formats for modification or remixing (note that a free account is required to access it):\r\nhttps://cad.onshape.com/documents/33dce2a61ae32a063f5fccb5/w/4f4bb4e1036dcc6203a85499/e/4e7f7de8321e67d4950ec001
