I designed an extruder based off the SeeMeCNC EZR Struder. Use supports and place support blockers exactly where I indicated in one of the screenshots above if you're using Cura slicer, or removing supports will be a huge hassle. Also, 20% infill works best for the extruder base but I would suggest 80-99% for the slide due to it being really thin.
