Ender 3 Filament Support
thingiverse
This is a custom filament guide designed specifically for the Creality Ender 3 printer, aiming to optimize filament flow and angle. It ensures a smoother extrusion process by positioning the filament at an ideal distance from the extruder. The filament guide consists of two distinct parts: the end clip and the support structure. Printing these components separately can be beneficial, but you may find it more efficient to print them simultaneously if you're familiar with adjusting Cura settings for multi-part prints. Notably, the end clip requires additional supports during printing, whereas the filament support does not need any assistance. To simplify the process, you can opt for rafts on both parts; however, if you only plan to print a single end clip, rafts may not be necessary. The design of this filament guide draws inspiration from Filboyt's work, leveraging an established and effective concept. For users who prefer to make adjustments or create custom variations, the accompanying CATIA file provides a starting point for modifications.
