Upgraded filament spool holder with bearings. This helps to prevent filament snapping, extruder skipping and other extrusion problems. The design allows you to take advantage of using old/used POM-wheels from any Creality printer as an bearing.You need:2x Creality 3D-printer POM-wheels1x M5 bolt, lenght of 30mm or more2x M5 nutsGlueThe printed partsInstructions:1.Tighten two POM-wheels together with M5 bolt and two M5 nuts as seen in picture. One nut must be between the wheels. 2.Apply glue to one wheel and press the handle part on the wheel. Then apply glue to second wheel and press the middle part on the wheel, as seen in first picture. 3.Let the glue to dry. 4.Then remove original spool holder “handle” from your printer and push new holder through the hole where original “handle” was. 5.Finally tighten the 3D-printed “nut” to the end of spool holder as seen in picture. The threads could need some wiggling to work, be patient! Turn the nut forward and backwards until it goes to end.
