Very easy and effective setup. M4 x 16mm bolt (spare part with my Ender 3, hopefully yours too). I've just left bracket unmodified. Bracket has one hole a litle bigger, push the M4 screw through. The second hole is smaller and it will be self tapped by that screw. Rotate roller model to be flat on the table. (strange Fusion360 Axes) You don't need bearings and other stuff, the roller is rotating freely after few screw pushes inside a hole.
