Ender 3 - Filament holder DELUXE (remix to use with 5/16" threaded bar with END EXTENSION)

Updated on 9/30/2018 with a minor tweak to allow it to work with the extension nut. The extension nut is optional but works in the same way as before. One part (mounting_bracket.stl) was remixed from Skrutt84's awesome "Filament Holder Deluxe" to use the 5/16" threaded rod from Home Depot, which costs about a dollar and comes pre-cut to six inches. The pre-cut rod may also be available at Lowes, but online it shows not available there. To use this 5/16" threaded bar, just pick up some 5/16" locknuts and washers, and you'll be ready to go. You will need to print the rest of the original parts from here: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3114139 This part has faux-holes that may help strengthen it and an imprint that says "ENDER3". All the parts for the spoolholder were printed with 3 walls at 0.1mm layer height, using 30% or more infill. The extension nut is designed to make it easier to start the threaded filament nut on the spool holder. The 5/16" nut is pressed into the extension nut, and then that is used with a washer in the same way as without using this part. A 7/8" fixed wrench can be used to help tighten it down.
