Ender 3 Filament Guide (with wider printed bearing)
thingiverse
Had issues with the original design I based this from with the bearings falling out from being too loose. Tried to compensate by increasing flow and such with no luck but I have been able to successfully print the bearing if it was wider. Hence the remix. I took the original bearing this was based from, scaled it down slightly, and added a channel for the filament to guide in, and enlarged the center hole to fit the bracket. Then had to compensate for the additional width on the bracket. This design causes the filament to ride off center from the filament extruder hole more than might be desired but I have not had issues with the bearing not being able to turn due to the side forces or with the filament not staying in the track, therefore good enough I suppose. Solves keeping the filament away from the z screw and angle correction entering the extruder.
