Ender 3 Filament guide with opening

I've added a convenient opening that allows for hassle-free installation, eliminating the need to wrestle with threading filament through the piece and machine. To put it to the test, I ran a print at a moderate .2 resolution and a steady pace of 40 mm/s. Additionally, I opted to include a raft in the design, finding that it's generally easier to remove than its counterpart.
