Ender 3 Filament Guide with Dual Idler Pulleys

This is an update of the remix I did back in 2019 of FlintWeiss' Ender 3 filament guide design. I added a second idler pulley so that the guide works with filament fed from above or below the extruder. As can be seen in the attached photos, the double pulley system properly handles the filament fed from the side-mounted spool as the extruder moves from above to below the filament height.
