Ender 3 Filament Guide - Snap Fit - for Direct Drive

thingiverse

This remix combines two existing creations to create a simple device that attaches to the left side of the printer, specifically designed for use with the Ender 3 tool holder and a straightforward ring for feeding the filament through. It is mounted on the top of the Z-axis rail brace. A hole is already present if you prefer to secure it using an M3/M4 screw and T-nut. The length of your screws should not exceed 8mm, although you may be able to use slightly longer ones at 10mm. This design was created because mounting the filament on the printer can generally lead to complications, especially when dealing with dual Z-axis systems. This device effectively keeps the filament away from the belt.
