Ender 3 filament guide for 604 bearing
thingiverse
This is a remix of a remix. The original design was created by Holspeed, and Technoswiss modified it to utilize a 604 bearing - the one included in the original Ender 3 feeder assembly. Subsequent changes were implemented: 1. The design was shortened to perfectly align with my MK8 aluminum feeder assembly; I'm unsure if this also ensures perfect alignment with the stock feeder assembly, but replacing that as soon as possible is highly recommended. 2. A hole was drilled to accommodate a recessed nut (and enlarged holes since a bolt is used instead of threaded holes). 3. The gap for the bearing was widened to allow washers on each side. Required parts: * 1 x 4×13×4mm 604UU groove ball bearing (such as the one in the original Ender 3 feeder assembly) * 2 x M4 washers * 1 x M4 nut * 1 x M4x16 screw or longer Version 2: Following numerous downloads, I decided to update the file based on my personal experience. The tolerance where filament exits the hole is somewhat small, causing it not only to touch the bearing but also the print material. Consequently, I increased the size of the hole.
