prusaprinters
10/29/2019 UPDATE: dlf420 pointed out that it is wise to watch the Z axis clearance when using this, as it will reach the guide before it tops out! (Thank you for that) Also, if you use the filament guide on your extruder stepper like I do, it will reach that at around 205-210mm. I normally don't run tall prints, so I did not see this. I am going to make some adjustments for the filament guide and repost it when finished. I like to transfer the filament from the reel to the extruder with no drag or resistance if I can. So instead of using stationary loop guides, I used rollers and bearings. This is actually something of a frankenstien mash up in Tinkercad from Holspeed and elmerohueso. I drew up the thumb screw and nut in Fusion 360 to fit the ID of the bearing, and added inner rings to contact the bearing race and do away with the spacers. I did have to run a tap through the nut to loosen the threads up a little. The T-Slot nuts came from a different file, of these there are so many that I can't honestly tell you whose it was. I used two very small drops of super glue to hold the 4mm nuts in the T-Slot nuts. The bearings are 608 2RS.
