This guide employs a roller with bearings to ensure effortless rolling motion. Attaching the bolts uses slightly longer 6mm bolts that secure the top extrusion firmly to the vertical extrusion. The bearings I used are precision-made, boasting a 1/4" inner diameter by 3/8" outer diameter and a sturdy 1/8" thick flange design. You can acquire them at an affordable price from Amazon. For threading the roller, I utilized a 1/4"x 20 tap, while securing it in place with a 1/4"-20 by 1/2" bolt.
