Ender 3 Filament Bearing Filament Guide
thingiverse
A Custom Filament Guide for the Ender 3 Printer. Designed by Sam Whitehouse, this bearing-based solution was made available by request from the author. There are two base options: one with a bearing cap hole and one without. If your printer has ideal tolerances, you may not need a bearing cap; otherwise, print the one that includes it. To install: 1. Carefully push or gently tap your bearing into place on the bearing wheel. 2. Attach the bearing wheel to the filament post. 3. Press down firmly on the bearing cap (if you printed the base with the cap hole). 4. Connect the filament guide to the top Z-bearing wheel, taking care not to remove the bolt entirely - just loosen the nut and reattach it through the filament guide. 5. Done!
