Ender 3 fan guard with v-slot cover
thingiverse
Fan guard with duct to the left. Because the direction it needs to pass the v-slots, so I made it a cover for the slots too. The first version (see picture) didn't cover the whole v-slot, the second does, with room for the cable coming out of the box. Supports are needed for printing, I used the 'tree' option with placement "touching buildplate" selected. If you use "everywhere" it will fill the fan duct, which are very difficult to remove and those aren't necessary. The tree supports were easy to remove. See picture for my settings. To install the duct remove the 2 screws at the front and the two screws on the top. You can push the front plate a bit down to slide the fan duct in place. Next put the screws back in place.
