Nothing too complicated going on here, I swapped my old extruder out for an EZR since I'll be doing mostly TPU printing from now on, and the wire loom for the hot end is held in place by a clip that's built right into the stock extruder. The cutout part might be a bit snug but it does a great job of keeping the loom tightly secured.
