I did not like how the original mount blocked the view of the front of the printer if you were looking at it from the side, so I made on the just clips on to the extrusion at the back. Remove the original end piece with something like a flathead and attach the new one. Supports can be used if you want, when I started printing this I quickly realized that one nub on the piece that connects to the endcap would be printed in mid air, this only occurred on the lowest nub. It still attached perfectly fine to the extrusion but if you want this to be a super clean print all around I recommend using supports.
