I wanted the design of the Ender 3/2020 Extrusion Light Bar but found it had a light that was much too high. So, I took LilTrublMakr's idea and expanded on it by moving the LED holder to the back of the extruder X-Rail. From scratch, I redesigned it using Meshmixer. I trimmed the right end so it would fit behind the rail perfectly. You don't need to take apart your 3D printer to install it. Just snap in the back of the X-Rail and you're done.
