Ender 3 Extruder With Adjustment Bracket

Ender 3 Extruder With Adjustment Bracket

I designed my own flexible filament extrudes because none of them met my expectations. I chose to use the aluminum extruder tensioner bar, but the standard one should work just as well on any Creality printer that uses the same setup as the Ender 3. So far, I've had success printing with NinjaFlex (85A) without a single jam, so it's definitely working. Make sure you read through all the notes before assembling this part because it won't function properly without some post-processing work. To get optimal results, adjust the bracket by tightening it just enough for the free-floating bearing to move easily. Additionally, consider adding an extruder knob like this one https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2776404 to make loading and unloading filament much easier.
