This is an extruder tensioner for the Creality Ender 3. You will need to superglue a thin M4 nut for the bearing screw. Make sure to print it at 100 % infill so it's solid enough. I have printed it and it works but it's not perfect. The last photo is not the 3D printed tensioner, it's the original one.
