Ender 3 Extruder Tension Fix
thingiverse
I've seen many people dissatisfied with the spring tension on their Ender 3's extruder. To alleviate this issue, some users have opted to stretch the spring, but I prefer a simpler approach. All you need to do is print an adapter, remove the spring, and then choose whether you want to add either 0.5 or 1 mm of extra tension. This method is straightforward and allows for easy adjustments if needed. By popular demand, I've also added versions with 1.5 and 2mm of additional tension. If you haven't already grabbed a Ender 3, now's your chance. It's currently priced at $169.99. Keep an eye out for any coupon codes I might post in the future.
