I've seen many people dissatisfied with the spring tension on their Ender 3's extruder. To alleviate this issue, some users have opted to stretch the spring, but I prefer a simpler approach. All you need to do is print an adapter, remove the spring, and then choose whether you want to add either 0.5 or 1 mm of extra tension. This method is straightforward and allows for easy adjustments if needed. By popular demand, I've also added versions with 1.5 and 2mm of additional tension.
