Ender 3 Extruder Roller Filament Guide
thingiverse
I didn't like any of the other filament guides since the scratching of the filament on a printed piece was noisy, but I liked the roller design since it's silent. I used a 635 bearing in mine, but the accuracy on my Ender 3 isn't very good, so the shaft diameter will likely need to be tweaked to fit yours. It should be a pretty tight press fit. The bearing sleeve should be a finger-tight press fit, and will likely only go on one way with a little bit of elephant's foot Recreated robathorne's thing with tweaked dimensions and changed the screw shaft to a snap-fit. I'd recommend pretty fine layers on the bracket for better accuracy on the snap clips, to avoid having to do much post-print processing, as well as on the bearing sleeve, to get a cleaner curve without supports
