Ender-3 Extruder PTFE Cable Clip
thingiverse
This clip secures cables, preventing them from shifting around and coming into contact with the metal housing. It is connected to the PTFE coupling. The clip also keeps the push-fitting in place, ensuring it remains secure. My objective was to keep the PTFE tube obstruction-free, allowing it to move freely as needed. Small 4mm cable ties hold the main cables to the clip securely. Two file versions are available for the push-fitting: 0.8mm and 1.8mm. View the pictures for step-by-step installation instructions. Consider posting a picture with comments if you've created one. Support my work by tipping me if you find this PTFE clip design helpful. Thanks, Leo. Note that added Kapton tape protects cables from shorting against sharp casing edges.
