Ender 3 - Extruder Knob Aztec Calendar

I'm printing the Aztec calendar extruder knob using only the center of the design. I know it's still got lots of details, but I hope that won't be too overwhelming. Update: I tried to print it, but with all those details, it just isn't working for me... Can anyone tell me if they've had success printing the upper part of this picture? I'd really appreciate any help you can give! Update 2: I made some changes to the file - now there's just a face from the center. It's printing great on a test slice with 3mm thickness.
