Ender 3 Extruder Filament Guide

There are numerous filament guides available here that made it difficult for me to find one that met my requirements. I began by utilizing a different Thingiverse Ender 3 extruder filament guide that I downloaded from https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3010366. It functioned properly, but it merely pushed forward without any specific alignment capabilities and failed to cover the Z axis rod if not correctly aligned. Although my guide was completely redesigned from scratch, I did derive some concepts from this existing design. I sought a guide that would push and snap into place with repeatable and more precise alignment to the Z axis rod and the extruder itself. Additionally, I desired enhanced protection for the Z axis rod. In contrast to utilizing the two screws on the Z axis threaded bushing to hold the filament guide in place, as some designs have done, I opted for a snap fit that slides around these screws instead. No tools or extra parts are required to secure or align this extruder filament guide.
