Ender 3 Extruder Cable Holder

I upgraded my Ender 3 Pro with an aluminum extruder, but it lacked a cable clip like its stock plastic counterpart. The hardware appeared distinct from other aluminum extruders, and I struggled to locate a compatible cable holder. So, I designed one myself. It functions flawlessly and keeps the cable at a comfortable distance. The cable is free to move as the X-axis moves, yet it remains securely in place. I hope this solution proves helpful for others with similar needs.
