I'm still perfecting my design, but it's finally taking shape. I aimed to minimize the weight and succeeded in reducing it to a mere 7 grams. The replaceable mount lets you swap out another guide with ease. Description: The mount itself weighs about 7 grams, while the guide tips the scales at roughly 1 gram. Together, they add up to a total of around 8 grams when printed with PLA and an infill density of 20%. You can easily swap in a new guide if needed. Update: March 22, 2020 - I tweaked the z-cable chain alignment (extruder_mount_5.4) for better performance. To shave off some extra weight, I remixed the cable chain link. March 3, 2020 - I added an X-axis mount, which weighs about 4 grams when printed with PLA and a 20% infill density.
