Ender 3 Extruder Arm Wear Fix

After three months of heavy use, my filament input on the extruder arm had been severely worn down, threatening to break at any moment. I had a stash of small washers (9mm OD, 4mm ID) lying around and decided to utilize them as a fix to prevent further wear and tear. The sleeve was designed to hold the washers securely in place. To secure everything, just apply a little super glue to keep the sleeve attached to the extruder arm and firmly hold the washers in position. There's a specific file available for the washers I used, and another one with a smaller hole for those who have different washers on hand.
