Ender 3 enhanced filament protection

https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3676297 is a cover for the Z axis to prevent the filament from touching the (greasy) spindle. However, on my Ender 3 v2 it slightly bends the filament, it rubs against the protection cover, and (for me) started making squeaking noise after a while when retracting. It also makes loading filament more difficult. So I added a guide for the filament that points directly to the extruder and still keeps the filament off the spindle.
