This is a remix of *Ender 3 dual Z axis with optional frame braces* by ProperPrinting. The models are actually made from scratch but the idea is very similar to what ProperPrinting did in his design. This version is made for 20 teeth pulleys and a 610mm closed timing belt (total distance between the centers of the lead screws will be aprox 285mm). The bracket for the second Z axis is simpler to print; because of the V rollers, this bracket doesn't support too much force so it should not bend/fail under mechanical load (see printing settings). Also I don't like the idea of the bracket being mounted to the offset nut on the inside V roller, so I made it to be mounted directly to the X carriage profile. Necessary parts to be printed: 1x bracket for second T8 lead screw (Bracket_second_Zaxis.STL) 2x bracket for 20 teeth pulley (Bracket_T8pulley_20t.STL) 4x spacers for the pulleys (Spacer_T8_pulley_2.5mm.STL). Adjust the height of the spacers from the slicer if the pulleys have too much play of inside the brackets. Additional necessary parts: 1x T8 lead screw + 1x T8 nut (minimum 300mm length, 2mm pitch, 8mm lead) 1x GT2 closed timing belt (2mm pitch, 610mm length) 2x pulleys for 2mm pitch GT2 belt (20 teeth, 8mm inside diameter) 4x 688 bearings (8mm inner diameter, 16mm outer diameter, 5mm thickness) 8x M4x10mm bolts (for mounting the pulley brackets to the printer frame) 8x M4 T-nuts for 6mm slot (for mounting the pulley brackets to the printer frame) 2x M5x45mm (for mounting the bracket for the second Z lead screw to the X carriage) 1x M4x50mm (for mounting the bracket for the second Z lead screw to the X carriage) 4x M3x16mm + 4x M3 nuts (for mounting the T8 nut to the bracket for the second Z lead screw) The power supply needs to be moved to make room for the second Z lead screw.
