Ender 3 Enclosure (Ikea Lack)
thingiverse
I created this enclosure using two Ikea Lack tables. Printing PLA at 60C, the enclosure reaches 35C on its bed. Printing ABS at 240C with a bed temperature of 90C, the enclosure maintains a steady temperature of 42C. In addition to the two tables, this design also requires: 200 self-tapping wood screws Three clear acrylic sheets for windows (500x440x3mm) Two clear acrylic sheets for doors (500x210x3mm) One battery-powered smoke alarm (available at Screwfix: Aico Ei100BNX Ionisation Smoke Alarm) One LCD thermometer (available on eBay: https://ebay.us/bV3eQP) Eight Dunlop Intro Squash Balls (Dunlop Sports: https://dunlopsports.com/products/squash/balls/intro/) One SD Card Extender (Amazon UK: https://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B07G2HCPLT/ref=cm_sw_em_r_mt_dp_U_gyOREb18WGZDP) I have included a zip file with SoliwWorks 2020 part files, an eDrawing, and STLs for easy access.
