Ender 3 E3D v6 BMG Bondtech Direct Drive

08/17/2020 I've tried out many different designs for a direct drive setup on the ender 3, though I feel like some of them are lacking in what I want (no offense to those other designs, they're actually really great and I based this one off of those, so I guess thank you for inspiring me). My goals for this: 1. minimum weight 2. keep the 220mm x 220mm x 250mm build space 3. no wobbles on the carriage 4. Lights on the carriage NOTE: - there is no bed leveling device such as a BLTouch. I don't use one however I am planning on moving the part cooling fan forward to make space at the side for it. - this is not "balanced" like the SpeedDrive v1 made by sashalex007(https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3816051). I've tried this design and couple others that are similar however I could not achieve all of my goals. - yes, the BMG I have is a clone. I'm sorry. (the dimensions are the same though) - does not have the best part cooling fan duct but it works well enough for me. - I might make a second version with better cooling on the heatsink on the hot end. I don't have problems with it right now but I want to make sure it won't cause any in the future. - The BMG is directly attached to the v6 Parts Needed: - Pancake Stepper Motor - BMG Bondtech Extruder - E3D v6 Hot end - Silicone Hot end sock (cause they're great. everyone should use them) - Standard 5mm LEDs (mines white and 2.9v) - Main body - Bracket A - Bracket B - Guard - Fan Duct - 4x M2 10mm - 4x M2 5mm - 4x M3 6mm - 4x M3 10mm (for heatsink fan) - 2x M3 20mm - 3x M3 36mm (screws that came with the BMG, but it barely reaches the stepper motor) OR 3x M3 38mm (I got mine from the ender 3 x-axis motor. I'll explain in Post-Printing section)
