Ender 3 Dual Z-axis Belt Tensioner
thingiverse
I recently upgraded the printer with a double Z-axis consisting of a lead screw and a stepper motor, and later I also added a timing belt so that when the stepper motors are disabled they do not go out of sync, but the first time I put a 610 belt on it, but being a little smaller, it pulled the lead screws towards each other at the top, so I bought another 616 belt, but this one being a little bigger, I had to make a tensioner for it, so I created this simple timing belt tensioner. Keep in mind that the timing belt does not have to be very tight as with the X and Y axes, it is just enough to hold it in place.Parts you'll need :2 x Flanged Bearing F688zz1 x 20mm M3 Screw + Nut2 x 10mm M4 Screws + T Nuts3 x Washers
