I discovered that the original dual spool holder I employed often resulted in issues where the spool would become too loose and fall off, so I modified it by rotating the end part upwards 1 degree to improve stability. Additionally, I added small blocks at the middle and end to keep them securely in place. If you experience problems with those tabs, simply trimming them off with a pair of snips should resolve the issue. I printed the roller vertically and the holder horizontally, both with supports in place. To assemble this design, you will need to print two rollers, one holder, and one nut. It is also essential to have or procure 608-2RS Ball Bearings for successful operation.
