I upgraded from Sobaldrick's https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3191174 to a Pi 4. Since his design didn't work as well for me, I created my own. I took measurements from Tomsc's design, https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3464513/files, and used Sobaldrick's side rail profiles. I projected the models onto sketch and edited them accordingly. To minimize supports during printing, I designed it to slide together when printed upright. I chose 3mmx6mm button heads for my RPi4 and 3mmx10mm for the fan.
