Updated 16/05/2020 Work is complete and thoroughly tested. You can now test this design on your Ender 3 printer. To assemble this printing head, you will need the following 3D printed parts: - Two 4010 radial fans - One 4010 axial fan - Eight M2*18 screws and nuts - Four M3*16 screws and nuts - Two hexagonal spacers measuring M3x15 - Twenty magnets with a diameter of Ø5x2 For optimal performance, it is essential to update the nozzle position in your printer's firmware. To do this, add or remove 15mm from the Y-axis dimension (depending on the desired setting). This adjustment will ensure proper alignment with the hexagonal spacer, which measures 15mm. STEP files are available for download, allowing you to customize and update the design to suit your specific needs and parts. Updated 09/02/2020 The V2 version is now live, and STL files are ready for download. Design development is ongoing; however, you can still test the prototype using a few Ø5x3 magnets, hexagonal spacers, and fans. Please share any feedback or results you obtain during testing. STEP files will be made available once the design has been validated. First info Coming soon...
