Ender 3 dual 40mm fan hot end cooling shroud with BLTouch mount

I was searching for a new hotend shroud that would allow me to utilize two 4020 fans for the hot end and part cooling fans, feature a mount for BLTouch, and not be too large. I appreciated [Horvat208's](https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4153402) 4020 hot end fan shroud as well as [mrfochs'](https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2972610) adapter to use 40mm fans for part cooling. I could have simply used them straight up, but I didn't feel that just screwing them together with the two bottom screws would be secure enough, and I didn't want to connect them using screws. I considered merging them into one part, but it would have made it too difficult to print. Therefore, I came up with the dovetail connection idea. It's a real tight fit, so make sure your printer is well calibrated. I had to use some persuasion for them to slide together perfectly. I modified the parts using Fusion360.
