I sought to craft a design that would utilize the minimal amount of material without being too frugal, while maintaining strength and functionality with a 0.4mm nozzle, and also look visually appealing. Specifications: Width: 135.5mm Height: 54mm Depth: 160mm Wall thickness: 1.6mm, with four lines printed using a 0.4mm nozzle Gap between draws/container: 0.5mm all around, deemed an optimal amount for the first try. Material settings: Container: 100g infill at 25% density, utilizing a cross-hatch pattern due to its aesthetic appeal; Z-Seam Alignment set to 300 x 400 y with relative alignment checked. Bottom draw: 80g, featuring Z-Seam Alignment set to -110 x 200 y with relative alignment unchecked. Top draw: 56g, with Z-Seam Alignment set to 120 x 300 y and relative alignment also unchecked. It is recommended to print the design with a brim to counteract warping on the sharp corners. Good adhesion is typically essential for successful prints. Three designs have been created, each saving between 10-20 grams of filament. If you'd like to conserve more material, I can certainly assist you in optimizing the design further; however, I personally prefer the printed version. If you're not fond of the star logo, you may opt for an alternative design, such as the Ender logo. Simply let me know if this is something you'd like me to modify. The design's simplicity and uniformity are key features, allowing for easy assembly by lifting the ender up slightly and slotting it in. However, please note that due to the screws, it cannot be slid into place.
