I successfully printed the model in just 0.3 seconds, and it's really up to you to decide how to proceed. The files are available in 3MF format, which holds more detailed information for better quality prints - simply set Cura to open it. This particular print was done using PLA, but I'm confident that it will work perfectly with a bed temperature of 60c and can even handle higher temperatures when printed from PETG or ABS. It's surprisingly light, yet it works flawlessly and uses minimal material, resulting in a gain of several millimeters over the stock setup. I couldn't resist adding this feature, as I believe it provides additional stability to the bed and reduces its weight by 80 grams - a nice bonus that ensures smoother operation than ever. The installation process was relatively straightforward: I didn't use the gauge, instead placing the rails in position with one center bolt slightly tightened and one on each end, then carefully tightening the end bolts as I centered the rails on the aluminum frame. When everything ran smoothly, I tightened the remaining bolts, periodically checking to ensure smooth operation. Before starting the installation process, make sure to thoroughly clean the protective oil that comes with the rails - it's not meant to stay and doesn't serve as a lubricant. If the guide block becomes dislodged during reinstallation, simply lay it on its back and carefully replace the balls in their proper position (if necessary). For maintenance, I recommend using bicycle chain oil - apply just one drop to each rail, ensuring that it reaches both sides. Here's what you'll need for this project: * 2 x MGN 12h x 30cm guide rails * 4 x M5x10mm bolts * 4 x M5 nuts (preferably nylock nuts) * 8 x M5 washers * 8 x M3x8 hex screws
