Ender 3 Direct Extrusion with Vertical Shift

This is simply a revamp to add some extra features. The original part proved to be a bit challenging to install due to the stock extruder's cable clips getting in the way. This modification makes the part taller and allows you to mount the parts higher up using 3 screws, then slowly lower them as you tighten the PTFE connector. It is particularly useful when frequently changing tubing or ends, but it may not be necessary otherwise. I also included a spot to secure the hotend/fans cable bundle with a zip tie. I might adjust that to angle it more to the left, depending on how it turns out. edit: I added a file with an angled cable bundle guide, just in case, but either one should work.
