Ender 3 direct drive for BMG extruder (Drivinator remix)

This is a complete redesign of the Drivinator for my ender 3 v2. This fits a BMG extruder. The purpose of the slots holding the motor is to make maintaining the hotend easier. The idea is that you don't use a coupler on the BMG. Instead you used the slots to push the bmg down to secure the PTFE tube in place. Note 1.) the bmg clone that I bought came with screws the were not long enough. I had to source 3 M3x40mm and add a 2.5mm space between the motor and the mount. Note 2.) Due to the nature of printing holes without supports, you may need to drill out the mount holes with a 5/16" bit. As well, I used a torch to heat the slot that fits over the top of the backplate.
