I needed to make some adjustments to the nozzle fan because my current nozzle was a bit too short, so I decided to give it a height boost. As often happens when making small changes, I got carried away and ended up modifying more than I intended. The entire assembly is held together with M3 screws. I printed the whole thing at 0.2 layers, with the backplate featuring 100% infill - probably overkill, but it's one part that can be tricky to swap out if you need to change the files. The orientation of the prints should match what I have uploaded. If you want something similar to my original design but with a height adjustment, use "40mm nozzle fan V1." All other files feature a mount for the 40mm heatbreak fan. There's a slight issue with the plate between the stepper motor and extruder - it's a bit too thick, which means the screws only bite in about 2mm. I might need to get longer ones if this becomes a problem. The plug board is currently held together with super glue because that's something new I'm experimenting with. If it doesn't prove strong enough, I may re-design it. For the most part, the prints only require support touching the build plate. I used brim on most of them and raft on the fan shrouds that don't have much contact with the build plate. I welcome any comments or suggestions you might have.
